The internal processes that inspire the company are defined and implemented down to the smallest detail and, job after job, are constantly refined to provide the best service: an unrelenting drive that, from the management at the head of the company, spreads and penetrates throughout Luperini Qualified Tech & Service.
The preliminary phase of each project is managed by the Commercial Department in synergy with the Planning Department to define in detail feasibility, costs and timescales. Once the order has been acquired, the Planning Department starts a process of allocating resources to ensure the optimisation and smooth running of the activities carried out by the Technical Assembly Teams. These coordinate on the projects thanks to the work of the two Technical Managers – of the Electrical and Mechanical Departments – in synergy with the Plant Site Manager.
The many and varied activities that are carried out to finalise the project are constantly monitored and managed by the Project Manager in charge of the project, who interfaces with the various offices to ensure that what has been agreed and stated in the contract is respected.
Reaching the objective is mainly achieved by making our internal processes more efficient. We have to be as efficient as possible in order to manage the workflow promptly and effectively, even if it is not under our direct control.
